Designed to be both engaging and interactive, the contest ensures an unforgettable experience for all participants.
Participation is open to all patrons dining at Shahran Restaurant. Teams must comprise a minimum of two individuals, who may be friends or family members.
Each team will feature one blindfolded participant, who will be tasked with discerning the diverse flavors of biryanis provided by the restaurant, as fed to them by their teammate. Subsequently, roles will be reversed to enable the other participant to engage in the flavor identification challenge.
The individual who successfully identifies the greatest number of flavors will qualify for the final draw. The photograph of the winning contestant will be prominently displayed on the restaurant’s Wall of Fame, celebrating their culinary prowess.

Footage of the quiz contest will be disseminated across Shahran Restaurant’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. The participant whose video accumulates the highest number of likes will be designated the “Biryani Lover” and will be awarded an AED 1000 dining voucher.
The contest commences on June 1st and culminates on June 30th, 2024. It will be conducted on weekdays from 12 pm to 12 am. The results will be officially declared on July 8th.
The AED 1000 dining voucher bestowed upon the “Biryani Lover” is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Upon announcement, the winner, along with their family, will be invited to Shahran Restaurant for a recognition ceremony. This celebration will be meticulously documented and shared across the restaurant’s social media platforms to honor the winner’s achievement within the community.
