Dubai – United Arab Emirates

Al Majed Real Estate has announced the opening of its new branch in the Emirate of Dubai under the name “Royal Doors” Properties, marking a strategic step that reflects the group’s expansion plans and strengthens its presence in one of the fastest-growing and most attractive real estate markets in the region.

The launch of Royal Doors comes as an extension of Al Majed Real Estate journey spanning more than four decades, during which it has firmly established itself as a trusted and prominent name in real estate investment and land development. The group has played a pivotal role in shaping the real estate landscape of the Emirate of Ajman through high-quality projects and innovative investment solutions that deliver sustainable value to investors.

Commenting on the launch, His Excellency Salem Saif Al Matrooshi, Founder and CEO of Al Majed Real Estate, said that the opening of the new Dubai branch represents a new phase of growth and expansion, emphasizing that:

“Royal Doors is not a new entity detached from our past, but rather a natural extension of Al Majed Real Estate legacy, built on trust, transparency, and delivering real value to investors.”

Al Matrooshi added that since its inception, the group has adopted a distinct vision for real estate investment, viewing land as a long-term strategic asset and investors as true partners in success. He noted that this philosophy has contributed to outstanding results, reflected in the rapid sale of projects and attractive returns achieved for investors.

Over the years, Al Majed Real Estate has successfully executed and facilitated real estate transactions exceeding AED 1 billion, enabling more than 2,000 families to secure their financial future through well-planned land investments, supported by deep market knowledge and extensive experience in the UAE real estate sector.

Royal Doors aims to offer premium land investment opportunities, focusing on carefully selected master plans with strong investment returns, transparent procedures, and high-standard customer service, in line with the expectations of both local and international investors.

Al Majed Real Estate reaffirmed that its future vision is to become the most trusted name in land investment within the UAE and beyond, by providing sustainable investment opportunities that create long-term value for future generations.
