Highly desired villas in Dubai have more than doubled in value in three years, whilst apartment prices are up by just over a third on average, new data showed on Wednesday. The ValuStrat Price Index (VPI) for February registered 164.1 points, up 23.1 per cent annually, with a monthly increase of 2.1 per cent. Villas were at 206.1 points, and apartments were 136.6 points, this is compared to 100 points base set in January 2021.
