19 November 2024, Dubai, UAE – Oddbox Events Organizing & Managing Co. LLC. is thrilled to announce the upcoming 4th edition of its annual gathering – the Fast Food & Café Convention (FFCC) – in Dubai on November 20th, 2024. This event is brought to you by its title sponsor, talabat UAE and powered by Greengood Flexeserve.

Hosted at the Intercontinental Dubai Festival City, this edition is set to draw over 1,300 delegates from around the Middle East, bringing together leaders, innovators and key stakeholders from the QSR, Café, Casual Dining, and Cloud Kitchen communities. With talabat UAE as a pivotal partner, the convention underscores a shared commitment to elevating industry standards, fostering innovation and shaping the future of food and beverage in the UAE and beyond.

When asked about their continued support and involvement at FFCC and their ongoing innovation to help advance the industry, this is what Simonida Subotic, Vice President and Managing Director, talabat UAE had to say, “We are proud to be the ‘title partner’ of the 4th edition of FFCC and we look forward to connecting with industry leaders. Over the years, FFCC has established itself as a key facilitator in the F&B sector, dedicated to driving positive change within the ecosystem. At talabat, we are thrilled to be a part of the conversation and play a role in shaping the future of our industry.”

Amish Choksey – General Manager,  Greengood Eco Tech adds “Greengood Flexeserve is honored to be partners with the 4th edition of FFCC Dubai to introduce our innovative hot food grab and go technology to the industry. FFCC is committed to sharing knowledge and innovation to the industry and we are so happy to help contribute to this event.”

“The F&B sector in the UAE continues its rapid growth.  It is evolving, dynamic, and resilient! We’ve seen it ourselves having organised FFCC for the last three years, we firmly believe FFCC offers a unique platform for immersive learning, robust networking, and engaging dialogue.” Said FFCC Co-Founder, George Mohan.

The team at FFCC continually strives to ensure attendees can look forward to an array of educational and thought-provoking sessions led by over 60 distinguished speakers, including some of the most influential voices in the industry. Topics this year will cover pressing themes such as wellbeing initiatives, sustainable practices, and the evolving balance between innovation and tradition, tailored to address the needs and opportunities within the dynamic F&B landscape.

In addition to the main convention, FFCC is proud to introduce The Chefs’ Deep Dive, a concurrent, chef-centric programme tailored for culinary professionals. This exclusive event will explore menu innovation, local ingredient integration, and techniques to enhance kitchen operations. It offers chefs an inspiring platform to connect, exchange ideas, and access specialised insights that empower them to elevate dining experiences and build distinctive culinary brands.

A cornerstone of the FFCC experience is the emphasis on interaction and collaboration. This year’s convention promises enhanced networking opportunities, aimed at fostering partnerships, promoting insightful exchanges, and driving actionable change within the community. The agenda includes panel discussions, expert-led sessions, and exclusive presentations designed to offer strategic insights and practical solutions for today’s industry challenges.

With the event’s history of excellence and this year’s focus on critical issues, the 4th Fast Food & Cafe Convention is anticipated to be a defining event in the F&B calendar. Restaurant operators are invited to experience a day that promises not only knowledge-sharing and inspiration but also a blueprint for sustainable and profitable growth within the sector.
