Earlie in November 2023, the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) unveiled its plans to establish this cutting-edge hospitality education academy in Abu Dhabi, which is planned to open in September 2024. The academy will be managed and guided under the stewardship of Les Roches, a globally acclaimed hospitality and leisure higher education institution, with the objective of providing hospitality skills and academic knowledge to nurture homegrown talent in the UAE and in the region.
Les Roches is organizing the unique event for the aspiring students and parents to showcase diverse career paths within the hospitality industry.The event in Dubai at Jawharah Room, Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach on July 4, 2024, kicks off at 17:15 with an insightful presentation, followed by an exclusive hotel touroffering a unique peek into the diverse career opportunities within the hospitality sector. The evening progresses with a stimulating panel discussion featuring distinguished Les Roches alumni and interns. The session culminates with a closing ceremony and reception, fostering networking and engagement among attendees.
In Abu Dhabi, the event commences on July 6, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental. The presentation sets the stage for a comprehensive hotel tour, designed to enlighten participants about career paths in hospitality. A dynamic panel discussion with Les Roches alumni and interns follows, providing firsthand insights into the industry. The event draws to a close with a closing ceremony and reception at 12:30 PM, fostering connections and conversations.
