Master Oh, the Spiritual Guru who Teaches that Smiling is the Best Form of Meditation

Most people do meditation, not as spiritual training but as mind training, says Master Oh. After meditation, the effect doesn’t last long and it’s hard to keep ourselves open during the day.

Have you had this experience? You meditate to escape your stress, and although you feel peaceful during the meditation, when it’s over, your stress is right there waiting for you….

Master Oh is here in the UAE to introduce a new type of spiritual training, which is about connecting to the source of life and your true self, your spirit. When you do this, you begin a radical process of change from the inside out. The first step is: stay open, no matter what is going on around you. And the secret? Smiling.

In popular belief, if you smile a lot, people will walk all over you. But spiritually, the opposite is true. When you smile, your energy system opens, and you are more open-hearted. It’s something you can do even if you’re not in the mood, to change your state. Over time, you begin to attract more positivity into your life. You don’t have to be smiling literally. If the situation doesn’t allow it, you can have an inner smile. But it does take practice! And that’s what Master Oh is here to teach.

He’s in the UAE to introduce his unique brand of spirituality with a Healing and Connection Experience: a two-day deep dive into his method. During the weekend, participants will be immersed in his theories via four powerful lectures. Bringing ancient traditions into a modern context, he starts with the Big Bang and covers everything from the theory of the Universe to why you have a negative mind.

On the way, he will teach participants how to connect using an active meditation, which is a powerful tool for change and something they can take forwards into a daily practice. It’s not just Master Oh’s guiding words but his presence! Having trained for over 35 years as an energy master, he is able to help people receive powerful light and energy during the meditations, because of his connection and spiritual training. This higher vibration makes people transform very quickly.

The weekend is a chance for people to re-connect to their spirit, revitalise their life, understand what’s blocking them and create change from the inside out.

The Healing & Connection event will take place at the InterContinental Hotel, Abu Dhabi from Saturday 10th – Sunday 11th February, 10am – 7pm both days.

There is also a rare opportunity to have a one-on-one energy treatment with the master himself, from 1st – 3rd February in Dubai, and from 6th – 8th February in Abu Dhabi.
