Parvin Mansoor Al Awadhi, Head of Development and Design, ORA Developers, said: “BAYN is built around a clear vision for this coastline.

The marina is central to that vision, and its design will reflect the same standards of quality and environmental responsibility that define every element of this masterplan.

That commitment extends beyondfrom design to delivery andthelong-term resident experience. Ghantoot is one of the last undeveloped coastlines on the Arabian Gulf,

with a natural character that places a clear responsibility on how we build thoughtfully. D-Marin brings the operational expertise and environmental stewardship that this coastline deserves. We look forward to working with them as we bring BAYN’s waterfront vision to life.”
