Score a 65-inch QLED for under $400 with this Best Buy deal

Toshiba TVs are far less common stateside than they used to be, but that doesn’t mean you won’t ever be able to find a great Toshiba 4K LED or QLED. In fact, the all-new Toshiba 65-inch M550 Series is available in the US, and it’s actually on sale this week. For a limited time, you’ll be able to score this Toshiba 4K QLED for only $380. The full MSRP on this model is $580, which means you’ll be saving $200 when you purchase today.

It’s one of the best TVs under $500 we’ve seen today, so here’s hoping it stays on sale for the foreseeable future.

Why you should buy the Toshiba M550 Series

If you’re part of a household that watches TV at every hour of the day (or just about), the Toshiba M550 Series is a great buy. Thanks to its 4K QLED display, the TV delivers impressive picture upscaling and smoothing, as well as vibrant colors. Full-array LED lighting gives this set impressive contrast levels, too, a laurel only aided by the M550’s excellent local dimming capabilities.

The Toshiba M550 has decent glare and reflection handling, and both SDR and HDR content is rendered bright enough to watch in a well-lit room. Still, we wouldn’t place any floor lamps right next to the screen.

While the M550 maxes out a native 60Hz refresh rate, Toshiba’s Motion Rate 240 tech kicks in on the backend to help reduce ghosting and lag. It’s not the fastest TV in terms of response time, but you can switch over to Game Mode Plus for enhanced gaming performance. The TV even has access to Amazon’s Fire TV OS for apps, screen mirroring, and Alexa controls (must be connected to the Internet).

We’re not sure how long this sale will last, but today could be the last day to save on this Toshiba 4K QLED for a while. Get a $200 discount when you order the Toshiba 65-inch M550 Series 4K QLED right now, and be sure to take a look at our lists of the best QLED TV deals, best TV deals, and top Best Buy deals, too.
