“W Capital” promote DHG projects  at Al Ain exhibition

W Capital, the Dubai leading real estate brokerage, is organizing their special real estate exhibition in Al Ain, in cooperation with DHG Group (Swiss Real Estate Developer), to promote their projects.

The two-days exhibition will kick off on Friday, June 7, 2024, at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel in Al Ain, from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

“This exhibition is one of the important events that the company organizes periodically, and places it at the top of its local real estate agenda, as it has become a high-end platform for marketing important real estate projects, providing opportunities to reach diverse segments of real estate investors,” said Walid Al Zarooni, W Capital CEO.

Al Zarooni stated that the real estate market continues strong performance, reaping the fruits of Dubai’s global leadership, after recording historic sales exceeding AED 400bn in 2023 with sales expected this year to range between AED450bn and AED500bn.

The CEO noted that the UAE has witnessed a boom in organizing vibrant real estate exhibitions recently, amid the attractiveness of the country’s real estate to local and foreign investors. He stressed that UAE is experiencing a new urban shift in which they adopt strengthening the infrastructure and urban expansion to accommodate future demand for housing in the next two decades.

He pointed out that the UAE opens arms to everyone and provides unprecedented facilities in terms of granting long-term residence visas, and facilitating foreign ownership of completely new projects, with ambitious plans to become the first preferred  global destination for living and working.

Al Zarooni stressed the positive role of real estate exhibitions in attracting customers and buyers, praising the offers provided by real estate developers to capture a good segment of customers, which contributed to recording unprecedented real estate transactions in recent months.

 “W Capital is marketing all real estate categories, from projects targeting middle and low-income groups to luxury projects and complexes,” Walid Al Zarooni added. The current exhibition focuses on promoting DHG Group projects such as Helvetia Residences in Jumeirah Village Circle, a world-class residential project that offers studios and one, two and three-bedroom apartments with  distinctive designs. There is also lavish green spaces and landscape, modern amenities and tranquil village-like atmosphere. The project provides residents with an atmosphere that redefines the concept of contemporary living.
