Abu Dhabi, UAE, 8 March 2024 – Abu Dhabi Entertainment Company (ADEC), operator of award-winning sport and entertainment venues and programs, partners with Solutions+, Sanad, and Strata, Mubadala’ national champions under the UAE Cluster platform, to transform the sports landscape across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. This landmark agreement underscores their shared commitment to advancing overall health and well-being while recognizing sports and entertainment as pivotal elements in community development.

Established in 2010, Abu Dhabi Entertainment Company focuses on enhancing the sporting and entertainment industry in Abu Dhabi, promoting athletic development, and community inclusion. The company excels in managing and operating sports and recreational venues through strategic partnerships with both private and government entities. Additionally, ADEC provides consultation services for the development of new projects and the improvement of existing ones, and creates bespoke programs across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Al Dhafra. With the initiation of the new partnership, ADEC is poised to leverage its extensive network and expertise to revitalize the overall sporting and entertainment ecosystem, contributing to the well-being of the community.

The signing ceremony, held at ACTIVE Al Maryah Island on 6 March, marked the beginning of this transformative initiative. ACTIVE, managed by ADEC, is the first beneficiary of this enhancement project. Ismail Ali Abdulla, Head of UAE Clusters – Mubadala, witnessed the ceremony. Ali Alyafei, the Chairman of Abu Dhabi Entertainment Company, signed agreements with representatives of each entity, including Mansoor Janahi, Managing Director and Group CEO of Sanad, Solutions+ CEO Nasir Al Nabhani and Strata CEO Dr. Khaled Al Mazrouei.

This sponsorship heralds a new era of advancement, promising extensive enhancements to sport facilities and infrastructure over the next two years.
