CEO Clubs Celebrates International Women’s Day 2024 with the Theme “Inspire Inclusion”

Dubai, UAE – March 8, 2024:  CEO Clubs celebrated International Women’s Day with a focus on the theme “Inspire Inclusion” on March 6th at the Metropolitan Hotel in Dubai. Reflecting on the CEO Clubs UAE Women’s Division’s commitment to nurturing women’s leadership and fostering their growth, Dr. Tariq Nizami, Founder & CEO of CEO Clubs Network, passionately stated, “WOMEN means well-organized men.

The success of one man stems from a woman, and that woman’s success is intertwined with other groups of women. Life is abundant with opportunities and success. Let’s learn from the past to create a better present and future.”

The event was honored by Special Remarks from Mr. Khalid Al Ali, Regional Director of Africa at Dubai Chambers. He emphasized the profound influence of his mother on his life, stating, “All my life I owe to my mother. We are not empowering women. We are empowering ourselves. Nothing is greater than a woman’s heart”.

The keynote speech was delivered by Ms. Badreya Yousuf Al Maidoor, the Assistant Undersecretary of the Support Services Sector at the Ministry of Economy. She delved into the topic of “Women’s Health and Wellness: Beyond Pink Ribbons,” emphasizing the importance of self-care, allocating better “me-time,” and prioritizing regular check-ups. Ms. Al Maidoor highlighted the notion that we can better support others when we prioritize our own well-being.

The event also featured two panel discussions centered around the topics of “Thriving Women, Purposeful Leadership: Driving Organizational Success” and “Daring to Dream: Women’s Impact in Industries That Push Boundaries.” Additionally, attendees had the opportunity to participate in speed networking sessions.

Ms. Alexandra Timotheadi, Founder of Anthology Honey, explored “The Rise of the Social Ecopreneur.” Additionally, there was a wellness session led by Ms. Sarmistha Mitra, Founder & CEO of The WellBeing Sanctuary, focusing on “Why Mental Health Fitness Can Be the Game Changer!

New additions to the CEO Clubs family were welcomed, including Mr. Alexandros Athanassoulas, Owner & Managing Director, STIRIXIS GROUP and Ms. Nadirra Aleem, Managing Director and Director, Naddira Couture and Hothur Ispat India Private Limited.

The event was greatly enhanced by the generous contributions of gift sponsors The Editor’s Market and Holiday Inn. CEO Clubs extended their heartfelt appreciation to their valued annual sponsors, GTC Group, Regionality group of companies and Dubai Duty Free, whose support was instrumental in ensuring the success of the event.

This gathering saw an impressive attendance of over 80 members and guests including global leaders, diplomats, VIPs. It facilitated vital networking opportunities, fostering meaningful connections and collaborations among the participants.
