Sharjah, UAE – 16 May 2025 –
The 4th UAE China Tyre & Auto Parts Expo officially commenced on 16th with a vibrant inauguration ceremony at Expo Centre Sharjah’s Hall 1 & 3, marking a pivotal moment for industry stakeholders across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. The event, held under the theme of driving innovation and trade, underscores the deepening economic ties between the UAE and China.
Building on the success of its last edition, which attracted over 10,000 professional visitors, this year’s expo brings together 300+ International manufacturers showcasing cutting-edge products, including tyres, auto parts and electric vehicles (EVs). The event highlights China’s leadership in cost-effective, high-quality automotive solutions and aligns with the UAE’s strategic push toward EV adoption and sustainable mobility.
As one of the most influential professional exhibitions in the Middle East and Africa, the exhibition is expected to attract nearly two billion professional visitors from the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, South Asia and Europe to negotiate business. According to preliminary statistics, the intended transaction volume on the first day of the exhibition has exceeded US$180 million, and the total transaction volume in three days is expected to reach US$300 million, of which the tyre and auto parts field will account for more than 60%. New energy vehicles and parts have become emerging growth points, highlighting the core position of Chinese manufacturing in the global supply chain.
Industry analysis shows that China’s new energy vehicle exports account for more than 35% of the global market share, and its technological advantages have formed a deep synergy with the UAE’s “Energy Strategy 2050”.
In order to support the exhibitors to better cooperate with the industries in the UAE and region countries, the Shandong Provincial Government Economic and Trade Representative Office in West Asia and Africa held Pre-expo exchanges with Shandong enterprise representatives, listened to the business situation of the enterprises and put forward guidance and suggestions, so as to promote enterprises to take root in the market and deepen cooperation.
H.E. Abdalla Sultan Al Owais, Chairman of Sharjah Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Expo Centre Sharjah remarked, “This expo exemplifies the UAE’s role as a global trade hub. The surge in exhibitors and visitors reflects the booming demand for Chinese automotive innovations and the robust partnership between our nations.”
Mr. Fa Wenyan, General Manager of Inter Commerce Expo Corporation, emphasized, “The UAE-China trade relationship is a cornerstone for regional growth. This expo not only fuels market expansion but also accelerates technological exchange.”
