DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, 14th August 2025 – Sunmarke School is proud to announce another year of outstanding A-Level and BTEC Level 3 results, marking its ninth consecutive year of academic excellence and strengthening the school’s reputation as one of the UAE’s leading providers of world-class education.
This year, Sunmarke have achieved a 100% pass rate across both A-Level and BTEC Level 3 qualifications. Overall, 76% of all results are graded A*–B, placing the school in Dubai’s Outstanding category. Almost half (44%) of all A-Level grades are at the very highest A*–A level, while BTEC students excelled with 87% of all results awarded Distinction or Distinction*.
Student achievement in core subjects are exceptional. In Mathematics and the Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology), 79% of all grades are A*–B, opening doors to top STEM universities worldwide. Mathematics saw 100% of students achieve A*–C, with Further Mathematics students gaining 71% A*–A, and Physics students achieved an outstanding 70% at A*–A in one of the most academically rigorous subjects.

The school’s success is not limited to STEM. Subjects such as Geography, Computer Science, Sociology, Art, and Foreign Languages all recorded 50% or more of results at A*–A, showcasing the depth and breadth of excellence across the curriculum. This diversity of pathways highlights Sunmarke’s unique ability to deliver top outcomes across both traditional and applied qualifications.

This year’s results follow on from Sunmarke’s exceptional International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) outcomes earlier this summer, where the cohort achieved an average of 36.4points, significantly above the global average.
