Running from October 2025 to January 2026, ‘Hotpack Happiness Season 4’ brings together over 500 employees from Hotpack branches across the UAE to participate in a variety of sporting and artistic competitions. The season features regional rounds followed by an exciting grand finale in January 2026, where finalists from each emirate compete for the Hotpack Championship Trophy and cash prizes. This year, the programme has also been expanded to include Hotpack’s teams in other GCC countries, marking the company’s growing focus on cross-border engagement and cultural connection.

The sporting events feature an extensive line-up, including cricket, football, volleyball, basketball, badminton, tug of war, relay races, chess, carroms, and e-football. A major highlight of this season is the introduction of the Happiness Marathon, designed to promote fitness, resilience, and camaraderie among employees.
