Employees highlighted AD Ports Group’s ability to provide a positive work environment, which enhances their capabilities, advances professional innovation, caters to their needs, and helps them achieve a balance between their personal and professional life, whilst improving the productivity of their teams. Furthermore, the certification was awarded due to AD Ports Group strong corporate image, with employees reporting that the work environment promotes a sense of pride, teamwork and personal job satisfaction.

Maitha Al Marar, Group Chief Human Resource Officer, AD Ports Group, said: “Our Group has always believed that our greatest asset is our people and we are committed to ensuring every individual within the workplace can thrive to reach their full potential.
