Dr. Hussain Nasser Al Rahma, Consultant Emergency Medicine, Chairman of the Conference, President of the Arab International Society of Brand Care Medicine and Vice President of the Global Network of Emergency Medicine, said the conference will be in parallel with the Sixth Global Network for Emergency Medicine and in cooperation with the Sixth Conference of the Emirates Nursing Association – Critical Care Branch and the Nineteenth World Congress of Critical Care Nurses) and in conjunction with the Fifth Neucritical Care Meeting – Middle East and North Africa Countries Chapter For the Neurocritical Care Society, the Twentieth Arab International Society of Critical Care Congress – and the Fifteenth Congress of the Society for Critical and Intensive Care – WFICC in Asia and Africa.

He said the events aims to bring together elite doctors, specialists and researchers with experience in the field of intensive care and critical care medicine in the Middle East and the world to exchange experiences, discuss the latest advanced technologies and keep pace with innovations and research applied globally.

He explained that the conference activities include 301 speakers, including 142 international speakers, 69 regional speakers, in addition to 90 speakers from within the country, pointing out that the number of lectures that will be reviewed throughout the three days reaches 310 lectures in 81 scientific sessions, in addition to 8 scientific workshops, 5 training courses, 87 scientific research for doctors and resident doctors, and 6 seminars for the industrial sector, pointing out that on the sidelines of the conference, a number of agreements will be signed. He pointed out that the Ministry of Health and Prevention will hold a special workshop on brain death during which direct guidance and guidance for declaring death with neurological criteria (brain death) will be provided, especially since policies and practices vary greatly around the world, which increases the risk of false declarations of brain death and erodes public confidence in our ability to reliably identify death.
