“W Capital“ conclude special Rabdan exhibition

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

 Monday, May 12, 2025

W Capital Real Estate Brokerage concluded a special real estate exhibition held on May 5 and 6, 2025, at the Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi Hotel, in cooperation with Rabdan Developments, to promote their latest residential project, “Gharbi 2”, in Jumeirah Village Circle.

“We are proud of our ongoing partnership with Rabdan Developments, and our participation in this real estate exhibition was a unique opportunity to showcase the “Gharbi 2” project, which embodies a combination of modern design, integrated services, and convenient payment plans,” said Walid Al Zarooni, W Capital CEO.

The event high turnout is a clear indication of the market’s confidence in the projects we offer,” he added.

Al Zarooni noted that the “Gharbi 2” is the third project that W Capital marketed for Rabdan, reflecting the strong partnership between the two companies and the mutual trust in delivering distinguished real estate projects. The exhibition was of great response from visitors and investors, especially given the project’s competitive advantages in terms of design, location, and services.

He emphasized that Rabdan focuses on setting new standards in the real estate sector by offering innovative, sustainable, and aesthetically appealing projects, with special focus on redefining the way people experience urban life through a combination of advanced technology and visual design.

“W Capital is marketing all real estate categories, from projects targeting middle and low-income groups to luxury projects and complexes,” Al Zarooni said.

The CEO stated that the UAE witnessed a boom in organizing fruitful real estate exhibitions in recent years, amid the country’s real estate attractiveness to local and foreign investors. He emphasized that the UAE is experiencing a new urban shift, embracing infrastructure enhancements and urban expansion to accommodate future demand for real estate over the next two decades.

Developed by Rabdan Developments, the “Gharbi 2” project consists of a variety of apartments, including studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments, in addition to penthouses.

The project includes a variety of apartment options with or without private pools, in addition to more than 15 services and recreational facilities, enhancing the quality of life and boosting the project’s investment value.

Prices per square foot start from approximately AED 1,100, with a flexible payment plan that includes 70% during the construction period and 30% post-handover over 30 months. That plan enhances the project’s attractiveness for investors and buyers alike. The company also offers a 10-year warranty on the pools, as a proof of their commitment to quality and high construction standards.
